VietnamJUMP’s mission is to engage and empower students and professionals to bring service to underprivileged communities in Vietnam. As a platform, we aim to promote, coordinate and implement effective sustainable models to improve the welfare and education system in Vietnam.

Currently, VietnamJUMP is planning for these projects:

• Community Service Trip Can Tho
• Bookshelves for Shelter, Ho Chi Minh City

Each of the mentioned projects will be designed to meet with the unique needs of the communities and help to improve the local welfare and education system.

Our past achievements include:

• Community Service Trip Ha Tay 2007: visited and supported Friendship Village – a treatment and care center for Agent Orange victims in Ha Tay Province
• Community Service Trip Quang Nam 2009: Built classrooms for a kindergarten and teaching English to elementary students in Nui Thanh District, Quang Nam Province
• Community Service Trip Long An 2010: Improved the sanitary system for elementary schools in Long An Province
• Community Service Trip Dak Nong 2011: Built a kindergarten for Truong Xuan Commune, Dak Nong Province
• Community Service Trip Dak Nong – Vung Tau 2012: Organized 2 trips for medical professionals to provide free healthcare in Dak Nong and Ba Ria – Vung Tau

VietnamJUMP – Join to Understand, Memorize and Pave the way defines the program itself as a journey, of which each participant will embark on a unique venture to realize their potential and become future leaders with a great sense of service. Our goal is to empower students to create positive changes not only by participating in community service projects but also inspiring others to involve in social causes in their own communities. Together, we aim to be a platform for likeminded passionate professionals and students to recognize and pave their own way to help provide brighter future to underprivileged communities in Vietnam.

The focus of our program is on the youth and the education system. Our team deeply believes that the youth has the potential to become the main force driven the development of their local communities, and through our support to improve the local education system, we will empower them with the knowledge and capacity to achieve that.

To ensure the sustainability of our projects, we cooperate with local partners, who would be able to maintain and utilize our resources for beneficiaries.

For our projects, we design our activities to inspire and equip the local youth with necessary skills to design their own social venture with seed-funding and supervision from VietnamJUMP. Through mentoring, we aim to become a platform for local youth to learn and step up to help their own communities and become adults with a great sense of volunteerism and service leadership.
